Using xbage Terms and Conditions — In plain language

By using the xbage.im website and all services under it, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. xbage is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. References to "xbage", "we", or "our" in this document refer to the company operating xbage.im.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. They must not be shared with any third party.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

Xbage services are available exclusively to 18 years of age or older for individuals. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or placing bets. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.

The following individuals are not permitted to use xbage:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Xbage employees or their immediate family members.
• Individuals previously banned by xbage.

Xbage supports multiple payment methods. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).

• Xbage does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawing your winnings from xbage is subject to certain rules. The withdrawal process is straightforward and transparent — we have no hidden charges.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Typically within 24 hours, and no longer than 72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Xbage reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Xbage offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which Bonus page details are specified.

• Welcome Bonus: For new users only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts typically require 10x–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active — typically ৳500 per bet.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated on the promotions page.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Please make sure you fully understand all betting rules before placing bets on xbage. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bet settlements are based on official results.
• If a match is abandoned midway, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xbage reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Xbage is not responsible for bets that fail to submit due to internet delays during live betting.
• A maximum payout limit applies per match, as specified in each betting market.

Xbage is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (arbitrage).
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to xbage systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or misleading other users.

Xbage reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, particularly in cases of rule violations. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• Voluntary Closure: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before closing.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible betting, you can self-exclude for a set period of time.
• Closed by xbage: If a rule violation is found, the account will be closed immediately.
• Any valid balance in a closed account will generally be returned within 30 days, except in cases of rule violations.

Xbage firmly believes that betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage every user to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: You can set your own maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a self-exclusion break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
